lockdown in 2020

 2020 Lockdown

Fizzle! The frying pan was filled to the top with fat sausages that were smelling lovely. It was a sunny morning and there were rays of sunlight coming through the window. Me and Dad knew it was going to be a really good day. We were one day into lockdown and we were already having fun in our dancing house of fun. Ping! “Oh it looks like grandpa and Matthew wants you to come over” “yay” I shouted.

 Bang! Bang! Bang! Someone was banging the door down I thought. Dad went over and opened it “wow social distancing buddy” the mail man said “here's a board game order by Russell is that you” “yep thank you” answered dad. “Yes!! Fallout is here, do you want to play James?” ''sure” I happily replied. I opened it up and started popping the land tokens out. When we started playing we read the rules and got mixed up with the tricky ones. It would take ages to explain because it went on for 2 days. even though it took so long it was fantastic. 

“Hello, are you there”I was about to turn back when...“Hello James, do you want to watch a movie with us? We are going to watch the lego movie 2” but I didn't reply because I was already watching it. “Want to have some ginger beer” “of course” I said crack! Fizz! There you go.

“Dad where are we going” “to play games” he replied “awesome”. We played wizz you throw the ball or whatever over the post and wherever it lands they throw it from there and if it misses you lose. Then legendary you throw the ball (or anything else) and when you get the hardest throw the other person has to call you... Legendary!!

When lockdown ended I was relieved that I finally will have a normal life now or was it going.  to be normal?
